AUCB was looking for studio space to house Fine arts and foundation course students of Art. This project evolved over ten years, forming our largest Northlight complex to date.

AUCB purchased one Northlight from us in 2001 on a four year supplier finance contract. Once the four years were up, they bought it outright.

They then bought a further four Northlights, giving them a total of 9000 square feet of studio space.

They then asked us to to install custom glazed “pods” to link the studios into one big complex.

Finally we were asked to organize the supply and fitting of an array of solar panels to take advantage of the south-facing roof, oriented at an optimal 27 degrees.
