Flospans are the simplest steel buildings on the market to erect and transport, with costs only slightly higher than conventional tents. They have been used as military barracks, workshops, bagged grain stores, gymnasiums, greenkeepers sheds …even a kitchen complex for the US Air force.

They are frameless and light, but are strong enough to withstand high winds and temperature extremes, and can be erected without foundations. Over 1100 square metres of Flospan building can be shipped in a single 20' container, and Flospans can be erected and moved as easily as tents - although they have a lifespan of over 30 years.
